Welcome to Right Size Party Rental (“Company,” “we,” “our”). By booking, paying, or signing electronically, you (“Renter,” “you”) agree to the Terms below. These ensure a smooth, fair, and safe rental experience for everyone.

1) Agreement Overview

These Terms form a binding agreement when you complete a booking, submit payment, or sign electronically through our online system.

2) Payments & Fees

• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in writing.
• A refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the total may be required at our discretion.
• Reservations are confirmed after both your email reply (“I agree”) and payment are received. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation and forfeiture of amounts paid.

3) Cancellations

• 7+ days before event: Full refund.
• Within 7 days: 50% of rental fee forfeited.
• Within 48 hours: Entire rental fee forfeited.

4) Rental Options & Periods

We offer self-pickup and delivery with flexible weekend windows. Pickup/return times are confirmed individually by email or message to coordinate with route planning and cleaning schedules. For your specific time windows, please refer to your booking confirmation.

5) Delivery Details

• Delivery fees: $20 within the first 20 miles, plus a small per‑mile fee beyond (round‑trip).
• Provide a safe, accessible delivery area. Extra fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or difficult access.
• Delivery times may vary slightly based on route planning.

6) Care & Use of Rental Items

• Use items on flat, safe surfaces. No standing or misuse.
• Children’s chairs/tables are for children only.
• Keep items clean, dry, and free of stains. Excessively dirty returns may incur additional cleaning fees.

7) Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

You are responsible for all items while in your possession. Replacement costs:

• Chair: $12.50
• Table: $50.00

Any security deposit may be applied toward replacement costs; you remain responsible for any balance due.

8) Late Returns

A $25.00 per‑day late fee applies if items are not returned at the agreed time.

9) Weather Policy

Outdoor rentals must be protected from rain, mud, or excessive sun. If severe weather is expected, please safeguard items accordingly.

10) Substitutions

If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable item of similar style and quality. Any price changes will be communicated promptly.

11) Liability & Safety

• You agree to assume responsibility for the use and supervision of all items.
• You release and hold harmless Right Size Party Rental, its owners, and employees from claims or damages arising from your use or possession of rented items, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

12) Scheduling & Contract Changes

Delivery/pickup details can be confirmed or slightly adjusted without issuing a new agreement. Order changes (quantities, substitutions, etc.) will be reflected on an updated invoice that replaces the prior version once confirmed.

13) Acceptance of Terms

Booking, payment, or electronic signature indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, forming a binding rental agreement.
