You can book directly through our website and have your items instantly reserved for your date!
Or feel free to message us on Instagram or Facebook at @RightSizePartyRental.
Once you’ve confirmed your items and event date, we’ll send your rental agreement and invoice via email. To reserve your items, simply reply “I agree” and complete your payment within 48 hours. Your items will then be held exclusively for your date. -
Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
In some cases, a refundable security deposit (50%) may be required, depending on the size of your order.
We accept payments electronically for your convenience — details are included with your invoice. -
We understand that plans can change!
- 7 or more days before your event: Full refund
- Within 7 days: 50% refund
- Within 48 hours: No refund (items are already prepped and reserved for your date)
If you need to adjust your delivery or pickup times, we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

- $20 flat fee within 20 miles (round-trip)
- $0.50 per mile beyond 20 miles

You can choose delivery or self-pickup — whichever works best for you:
- Delivery: $20 flat fee for the first 20 miles (round trip). Beyond 20 miles, a small per-mile fee applies.
- Self-Pickup: You can pick up and return your rentals at the selected times if booking online. Otherwise manual orders will have a mutually agreed upon pickup and return time.
Delivery and pickup windows are customized based on your event day to keep scheduling smooth and stress-free.

Please keep items on flat, dry surfaces and protected from weather.
A cleaning fee may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.
Damaged or missing items are charged at replacement cost ($12.50 per chair / $50 per table).
Late returns incur a $25/day fee unless arranged in advance.
